When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This usually happens within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

My tracking number is not working — what should I do?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate on the courier’s website. If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, contact us at andazkhas@gmail.com or +92 336 7238057.

How long does delivery take within Pakistan?

Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days for major cities after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier’s reach.

My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it — what now?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
